All activities under the project will focus primarily on the creation and maintenance of11 points of free public internet access with high technical parameters. The possibility of using hotspots will be available to everyone in equal measure. The Beneficiary undertakes to respect the principles of equality and non-discrimination vis-à-vis users. The Beneficiary shall also undertake to maintain, maintain and maintain the continued high performance of devices and access to the internet through them. Free internet access points for everyone will be located in easily accessible public places. The aim of the project is to enable access to digital services through hotspots and to tackle social exclusion linked to the lack of access to the internet. Public internet access points will be installed in public utilities as well as external public spaces. The beneficiary has decided to use option 2 of the “WiFi Requirements” annex (9 external access points and 2 internal access points) – a total of 11 access points. External hotspots will be located in 3 playgrounds (2 on the Sady Settlement, 1 on the Skarpa estate), 2 points will be on the Tourist-Kultural and Recreation Base (beach and playground in front of the stage), 1 at the Open Activity Zone in Skarpa, one in the Market and the playground next to it, one on the fairground and on the square in front of the City Office in Sędziszów. 2 indoor hotspots will be installed in two locations: at the John Paul II Centre for Culture in Sędziszów and the Municipal Health Centre in Sędziszów. Selected points are generally available, there are a lot of people and this will increase their attractiveness. In addition, the infrastructure created for the hotspots will serve in the future to build urban monitoring and improve the safety of residents.
