COMMON STATE IT INFRASTRUCTURE

The project “Common State Information Infrastructure” (WIIP) includes a number of organisational and investment activities in the provision of IT infrastructure as cloud computing services. The project consists of five implementation streams:1) the construction, development and maintenance of the Governmental Cloud Computing (RChO); 2) the construction, development and maintenance of the Government Security Cluster (RKB);3) providing public administration entities with the possibility to acquire processing services in public cloud computing (PChO) from suppliers selected in a joint procurement or by the central contracting authority using a system (uach); 4) Developing and implementing Cybersecurity Standards Cloud Computing;5) the construction of a data restoration service in the event of a major disaster, dedicated to key state registers. The final effect of the project will be the ability to access a comprehensive offer of IT services, provided in cloud computing model and security services provided under RKB for public administration units in Poland. These services will be available through a single electronic order handling system, which will allow you to classify the needs and conditions for data processing of selected public registers of the Service Recipient and to redirect them to the ordering module within the Government Cloud Catalogue or the Catalogue containing the services provided by commercial suppliers. The main objective of the project is to provide IT infrastructure as a cloud-based service and to ensure the security of the ICT systems deployed there. This will allow for the creation of an infrastructure framework and a catalogue of e-services addressed to government (A2A) as a necessary instrument for the implementation and development of public e-services (A2B, A2C) in the cloud computing model.
