One of the greatest needs of the citizens of our country is to stay healthy for as long as possible.In Poland, the biggest impact on poor air quality, and thus on health, is caused by pollution from the so-called communal sector.Using poor fuel quality or using outdated, unfit boilers so-called. “kopciuchów” causes emissions into the air of substances harmful to health. The role of you is to create the conditions for making and implementing strategic decisions in the field of protecting citizens’ health and improving air quality. To achieve this, it is crucial to obtain reliable and verifiable information about what Poles use to heat their homes and what fuel they use. Only by collecting this information in a single database will it be possible to take effective action to improve air quality. To this end, it is necessary to enable a number of basic needs of citizens to be met.Therefore, the project envisages e-services that will enable citizens and businesses to fulfil their obligations, e.g. to carry out a chimney sweep or to carry out an inventory of the building, and to enable customers to manage more efficiently the expenditure spent on heating their buildings. The services are designed to create an easy and transparent system that meets the needs of citizens and businesses, while collecting key, reliable and verifiable information for the administration. For the first time, the administration will have such comprehensive information about what and what fuel we heat buildings. The national IT system developed directly will enable the needs of citizens and businesses to be met, and, indirectly, by collecting individual information into a single database, entrusts the improvement of quality in Poland and consequently contributes to the protection of citizens’ health and safety.
