Catalogues of Public Administration

The main objective of the project is to provide coherent, reliable, up-to-date, complete, high-quality data on public institutions and services and related document templates and country information resources. The project will create Public Administration Catalogues, which will be a central, reference repository, providing standardised, consistent, reliable and complete information for the provision of public affairs and e-services by Polish entities. The directories will contain related components: Catalogue of Public Entities (KPP), Case Catalogue (KS), Public Service Catalogue (KUP), Document Model Catalogue (KWD), Administrative Process Catalogue (KPA), Public Registers Catalogue (KRP). In addition, the project will launch a pilot implementation of the Business Process Engine. The Public Administration Catalogues will be embedded in the current technical environment of the ePUAP platform, the components of which will be upgraded to adapt to the use of KAPs. Kap will provide API data for service portals and other domain systems. In particular, KAP will be a reference database of the Polish portal, which will constitute a single e-government gateway. Descriptions of cases made available on the RP portal will be downloaded from the KAP. The main target group of recipients and users of the system will be central entities performing public tasks – approx. 106 entities. The implementation of the KAP will also have a positive impact on improving the work of 100,000 public service providers (both central and regional and local institutions). By improving the work of the authorities as a result of the implementation of the KAP, the project will affect citizens and entrepreneurs by providing them with better service (10.5 million people). The project will carry out 4 tasks: Construction and implementation of Public Administration Catalogues, Training of Administration Staff, Project Promotion, Project Management.
