The implementation of the project responds to identified problems in the area of maintenance of IT systems. In this area, it is necessary to centralise and implement optimal processes necessary for the provision of IT services supporting the management of IT services at the agreed level, for MS users, the Ministry of Justice and external users (A2A, A2B, A2C).To date, problems can be identified in the following areas:1)Processes to support IT maintenance: lack of central workflow processes in the maintenance of IT systems, communication of current information for system users with notification status and updating of the knowledge base, aggregating answers to users’ questions; unsatisfactory implementation of central IT solutions for registration and handling of reports and incidents.2)Testing processes: the lack of central testing processes that would speed up the correct reception and implementation of the IT system for operation and the implementation of regression tests with each modification of the IT system; lack of full implementation of central and modern tools for automation of testing processes.3)Licensing management processes: the lack of central processes for managing and collecting information on licences, monitoring the use of licences and the need to renew them; monitoring of changes in licensing rules.4)Information management processes: lack of central processes to develop and update the map of architectural objectives, update the repository of architectural guidelines and principles, and control the achievement of objectives during the development of the IT architecture.5)Efficiency measurement automation processes: lack of central processes and tools to measure the efficiency and maintenance costs of IT services.6)It service monitoring processes: lack of central processes to monitor the availability of IT services and to respond automatically to their unavailability; lack of mechanisms for predictive analysis of problems.
