The project aims to create a virtual workshop for researchers, scientists and teaching staff at the University of Wrocław, allowing you to independently prepare digital publications for online presentations and conduct classes using source materials. As part of the project, 6 substantive tasks will expand existing IT tools and integrated into a technological sequence allowing for automation of scientific publications and remote work on source documents. The project envisages the development of three e-services, including: 1/Analyser of the Scientific Acquis (ADN) – a new system enabling the technical and substantive inventory of data on digital and analogue publications requiring digitisation; 2/Virtual Transcription Laboratory – an existing digital service launched as part of the “Leopoldina” project, which will be expanded with new functionalities enabling the operation and automation of transcriptions, the development and making available of scientific publications, cultural heritage objects and source materials (handbooks, archives, etc.) 3/Repository of the University of Wrocław – development and extension of the existing digital service enabling the publication of scientific achievements of UWR employees. This e-service within the project will be expanded with new functionalities, enabling more efficient management of scientific publications in accordance with the new orders of the Ministry of Science and Science and communication with external aggregation systems aimed at promoting and disseminating the results of scientific research. As part of the Repository project, UWr will be integrated into the Transcription Laboratory in the field of automation of the production of digital publications by UWr employees. E-services will be accessible via the “Leopoldina online” portal.
