The aim of the project is to expand the Information Point system. Telecommunications (‘PIT’) with new functionalities enabling the President of UKE to fulfil its statutory obligations under Article 29 of the Act of 7 May 2010 on support for the development of telecommunications services and networks (Journal of Laws 2019, item. 2410, as amended), hereinafter referred to as ‘MegaLaw’. The extended PIT system is designed to provide, among other things, the possibility of: • carry out an inventory of telecommunications networks including physical mileage, • collect data on investment plans for telecommunications infrastructure, • collect data on the quality of services provided, • service data search engine accessible to all citizens. In 2020, it is planned to purchase IT infrastructure, which will cost PLN 1 569 000.00. In 2020 and 2021, the project team will be trained, the estimated cost of which is PLN 124 018.74 and it is planned to equip workstations worth PLN 204 000.00 and organise information and advisory meetings in order to consult developed functionalities with the market for which UKE wants to allocate PLN 125 000.00. In 2021, it is planned to finalise the extended System and start providing Support and Development Service by the Contractor of the expanded System with a total value of PLN 4 607 375.00. The remaining expenditure in 2021 includes mission expenses, the purchase of information materials and advice on the preparation of the draft regulation on the inventory of telecommunications infrastructure and services according to the new rules and in the new IT system (in the PIT system) in the amount of PLN 277 625.00. In addition, the Office will make a payment for a development order carried out under the contract BAK.WZP.26.1.4.2018.1 of 15 March 2018 for the design, construction, delivery and implementation of the Information Point System. Telecommunications, the cost of which will be PLN 25 981.26
