The aim of the project is to provide funds for the financing of human resources of the Office of Electronic Communications – the institution indicated in the Digital Poland Operational Programme 2014-2020 and the detailed description of the priority axes of the Operational Programme Digital Poland 2014-2020 to act as a specialised institution in the field of digitalisation. The provision of adequate resources is necessary for the proper implementation of the obligations arising from the Tripartite Agreement on the implementation by the Office of Electronic Communications of certain tasks related to the implementation of Priority Axis I of Universal Access to the High-speed Internet of the Operational Programme Digital Poland for 2014-2020, concluded on 3 June 2015 between the Minister of Infrastructure and Development, the Centre for Digital Projects and the Office of Electronic Communications. The project will finance the salaries of persons employed in UKE, including: a) wages of persons employed on a contract of employment together with prizes – PLN 4 604 000.00; B) task allowances – PLN 274 000.00 (c) additional annual remuneration (DWR) on wages and task allowances paid in 2019 – PLN 391,000.00.
