The aim of the project is to implement activities in the field of development and implementation of a human resources management strategy aimed at making the most efficient use of the human potential involved in the implementation of the Partnership Agreement at the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy. In particular, the project provides for the financing of employer branding activities aimed at increasing employee engagement and building the MFiPR brand as an attractive employer. In addition, it is planned to continue efforts to create a coherent, modern and uniform human resources management system based on the latest technological and organisational solutions.
