The aim of the action is to provide the staff involved in cohesion policy with the conditions to carry out their tasks, in particular by providing opportunities for continuous upskilling and by providing adequate office space. The project will be implemented by staff from the Public Procurement Control Department, Legal Department, European Union and International Cooperation Department. Eligibility of expenditure under the 2014-2020 OP: a) rental – eligibility is calculated as the ratio of eligible posts to all posts and this percentage will be settled in invoices for the rental. This percentage will be verified at least quarterly (for each payment claim), b) training – 100 % if the level of eligibility of the job is equal to or greater than 50 %. In the case of jobs with less than 50 % eligibility, training costs which are directly linked to the implementation of cohesion policy funds are eligible at 100 %. The costs of other training are eligible according to the level of eligibility of the job.
