The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Toruń, including persons with disabilities, who are registered as unemployed in the PUP for PT, of which at least 60 % are people who do not participate in education and training (NEETs), as defined in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020. The project assumes minimum employment efficiency thresholds for individual target groups, which will be in line with the applicable efficiency thresholds set out in the MA OP KED Communication. The project will support people under 30 years of age. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO for PT will provide appropriately selected services and labour market instruments, as referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The aim is to implement: training (approximately 1 month), internships (up to 6 months), granting of one-off funds for setting up a business with training and reimbursement of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the workplace. The implementation of the project will respect the social, economic and environmental factors by ensuring a balance between these factors. Due to the nature of the project and its subject matter, there is no negative impact on the environment.
