The project is targeted at 1510 unemployed people (including approx. 50 % of women) residents of the Krakow District aged 18-29, registered in the UPPK, of which at least 60 % – 906 people are so-called. NEETs) in accordance with the definition of NEETs adopted in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020. 20 % of the participants in the project will be 302 people in a difficult situation on the labour market: i.e. persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed or low-skilled. The project provides for the achievement of the rate of 30 % of persons who obtained qualifications or acquired competences after leaving the programme, i.e. 453 people.The project assumes that the process of recruitment of participants will be completed by 15.12.2022.The activities set out in the project are aimed primarily at the development of skills (professional and interpersonal) of participants making up the qualifications of young people and the acquisition by them of specific professional skills. These actions will enable the acquisition of skills or the ability to perform tasks in the workplace, will facilitate young people entering the labour market, through planned forms in the project. In addition, the potential of young people to develop entrepreneurship on the local market and in the region will be used. The project will help participants in the job market by facilitating the acquisition of specific jobs through internships and in the process of employment. The planned activities of the project Like this VI will fully eliminate and remove the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, which has had a destructive impact on the labour market in Małopolska. The results of the project will be the achievement of employment performance indicators of 44 % for the most vulnerable and 59.5 % for the others.
