The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people up to the age of 29 who are unemployed in the district of Summit. The main result of the project will be to take up employment or self-employment for at least 44 % of project participants belonging to the most vulnerable groups (including immigrants, remigrants, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (up to ISCED 3) and for at least 59.5 % of the remaining non-members. The participants of the project will be 114 young people aged 18-29 years who are unemployed. registered in the District Labour Office in Szczytno as unemployed, in particular those who do not participate in education and training (so-called NEET youth, as defined in the 2014-2020 OP NEETs). Presenting a specific offer of professional activation for each participant will be preceded by an analysis of their skills, aptitudes and professional problems. On this basis, the PLO in Szczytno will carry out appropriately selected labour market services and instruments, as referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The forms of support planned under the project are:a) internships for 42 people,b) training for 22 people, including:- 5 people will receive training vouchers,- 17 people, among whom: 13 people will take part in entrepreneurship training preparing for setting up their own company and submitting an application for a grant for starting a business and 4 people will receive training courses indicated by the unemployed person,c) co-financing for starting a business for 16 people,d) intervention work for 42 people,e) reimbursement of costs of retrofitting the workplace for 8 people.More than one form of support will be covered by 16 people.The assumed period of implementation of the project: 01.01.2020-31/03/2021
