The main objective of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people up to the age of 29 who are unemployed in the PLO for PT, including persons with disabilities, of whom at least 60 % are non-participants (so-called NEETs), as defined in the Knowledge Education Development Operational Programme 2014-2020. As part of the project, each participant will be covered by a comprehensive and individual job placement in order to obtain appropriate employment in accordance with qualifications and competences. The PLO for PT will propose to support the employment of a young person with an entrepreneur or another employer as an incentive for employment, including by covering the costs of subsidising employment. PLO for PT will implement appropriately selected labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. In the context of the implementation of the intervention work, the reimbursement of wages paid to the unemployed over a period of 12 months for 6 months (every second month) is assumed. The implementation of the project will respect the social, economic and environmental factors by ensuring a balance between these factors. Due to the nature of the project and its subject matter, there is no negative impact on the environment.
