The aim of the project is to provide individualised, comprehensive support in the period 01.09.2021-31.12.2023 leading to strengthening the qualifications and competences necessary to take up employment and improve the situation on the labour market at least 120 (including 72K) with 240 students. (including at least 144K), including incomplete persons aged 18-29 who are unemployed, i.e. inactive persons or unemployed persons not registered with the PLO, including in particular persons, which do not participate in education and school (so-called ‘NEET’) – (60 % of students) excluding the group specified for the competition mode in Subsection.1.3.1. Number of persons under 30 years of age who obtained qualifications or acquired competences after leaving the programme 120 (including 72K) for the most vulnerable in the labour market (including: persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (up to ISCED level 3), immigrants, remigrants) 44 %for other non-members of the above-mentioned groups of 59.5 %To: identification of the needs of young people and diagnosis of professional development opportunities, including identification of the degree of remoteness of young people from the labour market (obligatory).Comprehensive and individual job mediation in terms of obtaining adequate employment in accordance with the qualifications and competences of the supported person in choosing the right profession and helping to plan career development, including the improvement or completion of professional competences and qualifications. Acquisition, upgrading or adaptation of competences and qualifications necessary on the labour market in the context of the identified needs of the person to whom support is provided, inter alia by means of high-quality training acquiring or supplementing professional experience and practical skills in the exercise of a given profession, including through internships and traineeships, meeting the standards set out in the European Quality Framework for Traineeships.
