Employee up to 29 years on the weight of gold(s)A! — 2nd edition

Main objective: Increase labour market participation and increase employment opportunities of 30 people. (18K and 12M) young people aged 18-29, including NEETs without employment, from the Wielkopolska Voivodeship of Złotowski district, through the increase of competences and qualifications, the implementation of the internship and the presentation of a job offer from 01.08.2020 to 31.07.2021.Participants will raise their motivation and qualifications in the professions sought for local and labour market. They will acquire new competences and qualifications and work experience, which, together with job placement, will increase their access to employment/integration into the labour market. Actions in Project: —individual career guidance – IPD for each participant 5h/person. — Individual psychological support/coaching- 6h/person, Individual job placement 8h/person. —qualification courses together with examination and competency training – in accordance with the IPD, – training scholarship and reimbursement of travel expenses/subsidiary care – realisation of internships.Partners have experience in the Neeti group working until 29 years, before the project they carried out an analysis:Zr.1/Analiz: Report on the activities of the PLO in Zlotów 2017, Occupation Barometer 2018, Monitoring of deficit and surplus professions,MRPiPS 2018 report.
