The aim of the project is to improve knowledge and competence in the field of care for children up to 3 years of age in 490 [319 K,171 M] representatives of local authorities, employees of organisational units responsible for the development of forms of care for children up to 3 years of age, non-public entities planning to run/run care institutions for children up to 3 years old from any municipality within the Lubelskie Voivodeship until IV.2022. The target group is: representatives of local government authorities (municipal, district, provincial) and employees of organisational units responsible for the development of forms of care for children up to the age of 3 representing 80 % of all participants [392 persons] and representatives of non-public entities planning to run/run care institutions for children up to the age of 3 [98 persons] from any municipality within the province of Lubelskie. Key result: number of representatives of entities setting up and running care institutions for children up to 3 years of age who have increased or acquired competence in the organisation and financing of childcare for children up to 3-441 people, including 287 K. The project will prepare scenarios, training materials and publications for the target group, including printed ones, trainers will be prepared to conduct training, training courses will be provided (32h training for 35 gr. after Wed. 14 persons) based on the programme according to Annexes 10 and 11 to the rules of the competition and 3 additional themes [crit. PREM.1] completed by an examination confirming the improvement of the knowledge and competence of participants in the form of care for children up to the age of 3. As a result of the project, at least 90 % of the supported persons will receive a certificate confirming the acquisition of competence in forms of care for children up to the age of 3. Participants will receive materials, including publication, reimbursement of travel expenses, meals and accommodation at the training venue. Participation in the training will be free of charge for participants.
