The aim of the project is to create a Social Services Centre and develop model solutions for the integration and development of social services in the City and Municipality of Łapy. Thanks to the measures envisaged under the project, access to social services undertaken by the Municipality of Lapa will be increased in order to meet the needs of the local government community, provided in an intangible form directly to persons, families, social groups, groups of residents with specific needs or the general population. The project will be implemented in the form of a pilot of the solutions provided for in the Act of 19 July 2019 on the provision of social services by the centre of social services.As part of the project, the Municipality of Łapy will develop and test a model solution for the implementation of social services in the mode of universal accessibility using CUS as a new organisational unit falling into Type 1 – CUS operating in one municipality, created by the transformation of the social assistance centre(allocation for municipalities with a population of between 5.000 and 99.999 inhabitants).The project is planned to realise 4 milestones:1. Elaboration of the CUS2 Implementation Plan. Implementation of the CUS Implementation Plan and the provision of social services.3. Updating and implementing the plan for the implementation of the CUS and the provision of social services.4. Review of the project activities and development of a package of products resulting from the testing of the model solution. In particular, the following teams are planned to be separated in the CUS:1. Z. Organising the local community.2. Z. Organising Social Services.3. Z. for the implementation of social assistance tasks.In the framework of the project, the following new social services as defined in Article 10 of the Act on the implementation of social services by CUS:1.Inspiratorium Social Activity will be carried out.2. The Volunteer Club.3. Local Leader Club.4. Protected apartment.5. A specialist guidance centre.
