The application contains a detailed description of the establishment and implementation of the objectives of the activity of the training school in accordance with the model and based on the solutions developed in the project Supporting the creation of exercises schools. The fourth LO in Chełm initiated the establishment of an exercise school. After consulting the teacher and parents, the teaching board unanimously adopted a resolution on the establishment of an exercise school. The next step was to carry out an initial diagnosis, receive a positive opinion of the Education Superintendent and the decision of the leading body. The procedure presented is in line with the assumptions of the exercise school model. The application was accompanied by a preliminary diagnosis of the strengths and weaknesses of the future training school in support of qualified LSCDN and PWSZ staff in Chełm (KD No9). On the day the application was filed in the voivodeship. Lubel. there is only one quarter, which is not established in the town of Chełm (KD No4). The project includes the implementation of the preparation of staff and trainers, through dedicated certified trainings, whose participants may also be representatives of cooperating institutions (PPP, BP, LSCDN, PWSZ in Chełm) and supporting schools, the implementation of 3 networks of cooperation and self-education, the process support of professional staff and the purchase of equipment up to 4 workshops before. Each trained n-l will be obliged to conduct training workshops in the field of which he was trained presenting his/her own experiences and good practices together with an expert or trainer for other students from schools. Such a form meets the expectations of n-li as regards the possibility to implement and work on the acquired competences. Furthermore, from 4 areas before. they will participate in dedicated networks co- and alone., scenarios of classes will be created and 8 open lessons will be conducted, the support team in cooperation with experts from cooperating institutions will conduct them in 7 schools.
