The main aim of the project is to develop student internship programmes for students in 3 professional education professions (the ELM sector), for which model student internship programmes will be developed and implemented in practice. This objective will be achieved through the following milestones:- Developing 3 student traineeship programs for the profession: Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Technique Automatyk-Production of internships at the employer in three priority professions selected for piloting on the basis of accepted internship programs and organisational assumptions.-Verification of internship programs and preparation for the implementation of the established internship program in schools training in professions for which student internships were organised at national level, taking into account the national specificities of education and the labour market.The actions undertaken in the project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of POWER Axis II: Adapting vocational education and training to the needs of the labour market through the involvement of employers‘and employees’ representatives at all stages of its programming. The proposed programmes and their pilot implementation will make it possible to develop a proposal for a student internship programme by developing a mandatory set of content implemented in the form of an internship. The selection of content related to a given profession, carried out during the student internship, will allow the school to adapt its education to the local and regional labour market and to increase labour market mobility.After taking into account the comments of the reviewers, the students’ internship programmes will be reviewed by the IB’s vocational training experts.The main indicators of the project:L. professions in which professionals will be able to take part in student internships 3L. student internship programmes completed with the employer – 3
