The project aims to prepare solutions for involving employers in the organisation of pnz for 3 professions of the forwarding and logistics industry. The solutions will include: development of model practical apprenticeship schemes at the level of qualifications technique and quality assurance rules for internships and apprenticeships for students providing practical training with employers, as far as student placements are concerned, together with the proposed tools for their verification, enabling the quality of practical learning to be monitored by all parties involved. The proposed solutions will be in line with the existing and awaiting entry into force of the educational law, the Polish Quality Framework for Traineeships and Practices, the European framework for professional internships and solutions developed within the framework of the TRIFT project. The starting point for the work will be an in-depth analysis of the state of play, indicated expectations of representatives of educational institutions and employers, as regards the direction of development of the pnz, including, above all, student internships. The models developed on this basis will mainly take into account the reduction of the diagnosed barriers faced by vocational schools and employers. The models developed will be piloted. On the basis of pilots, after evaluation, adjustments and additions will be made. The final versions of the models will be published, as well as sent to all educational institutions in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. In addition, an information seminar will be organised at which the models, together with the conclusions of the pilot, will be presented. Wide dissemination of solutions aims to implement them in as many schools as possible. This will help to improve the quality of vocational training in Poland, and above all, training that meets the needs and requirements of employers. This will make it easier for graduates to get on the labour market through their acquired competences. The project will take place in January 2021 until July 2022.
