The aim is to professionalise by creating a system of support for those involved in the process of preparation, award, supervision of implementation and control and to enable them to improve their professional skills. Strengthening the capacity of the administration will enable the creation of effective, sustainable, innovative, stimulating entrepreneurship and implementing overarching strategies of the state. Taking care of the highest quality of the process of awarding, shaping the correct purchasing policy and measurable benefits, appropriate to the needs of the contracting authority, requires the development of the support system and providing all interested parties with opportunities for professional development and access to information. The objective will be achieved through educational activities and dissemination of knowledge, including good practices, model documents, guidelines, recommendations, etc. The activities will include: 1) improving the level of knowledge and competences in the field of sustainable development by preparing and making available on the UZP website mainly in the repository of knowledge materials in the indicated scope, e.g. models of documents, examples of good practices, presentations, educational materials; 2) the development and updating of the database of rulings relating to p. (including the case-law of the NIO, the Courts, the Court of Justice, the CJEU);3) the improvement of the competence of the staff of contracting authorities and control in the field of p., including sustainable purchasing policy by offering diverse forms of education, including training, electronic training, conferences, seminars 4) an analysis of the Polish market in terms of needs and expectations and barriers and limitations providing information allowing to design the development of the zp system as well as analysis of the state of sustainability;5) the preparation and availability of publications addressing the subject matter of the subject matter of są:pracownicy public administration (government and local government, including subordinate units), dealing with the work of employees of institutions controlling the process of granting.
