The main objective of the project [hereinafter PR] is to increase the availability of 22 offices from the territory of the province of Lublin and the public services they provide for people with special needs by auditing accessibility, including reviewing procedures associated with customer service in these offices in terms of ensuring accessibility and supporting them in the implementation of the conclusions/recommendations developed and training support for 66 [43K,23M] staff of these offices from the human resources management departments/organisation units in the field of solutions facilitating the employment of persons with disabilities and coordinators of accessibility by the end of the year. carrying out an audit in all JTSs, including an overview of the procedures associated with customer service in the JST with regard to ensuring accessibility – the results presented in the accessibility report, from which the conclusions and recommendations will be implemented by the JST with the support of spec.ds. Availability and advisors; training support for the above-mentioned staff. JST for: support the hiring process in ON offices, training for accessibility coordinators. It will be complemented by consulting for JSTs – they obtain comprehensive knowledge and tools to facilitate the implementation of solutions improving the availability of services provided by them.The results are increased competence: at least 80 % of the employees covered by training support in the application of solutions facilitating the hiring of SAs and at least 90 % of the accessibility coordinators covered by the support.
