The aim of the project is to improve the accessibility of UŁ for people with disabilities by supporting organisational changes, removing architectural barriers and increasing the competences of 378 works. UŁ.Scheduled activities are comprehensive, i.e. concern all six key areas: the organisational one for the dostępności:podniesienie competence of ACW UŁ staff (training, study visits to Poland and abroad) Navigation for the blind, installations of inductophonic loops, adaptation of university spaces and premises to the needs of disabled people, together with equipment of appropriate equipment wspierające:stworzenie mobile application for students, adaptation of the e-learning platform to the needs of people with disabilities, purchase of specialised equipment, availability of digitised library collections, enabling access to services of universities so far. university regulations along with new legal regulations for equal opportunities for students and PhD students with disabilities in access to education and research in UŁwss Support education support, adaptation of teaching materials, training in the field of inclusive education, implementation of refreshment forms of sporting activities for persons who are part of the project, including training of persons responsible for their conduct, training for foreign teachers to raise awareness of disability, improving working skills, service and support with disabilities, improving teaching competences of university staff in the field of teaching students with disabilities, and universal design, digital accessibility. The result of the project will be trained staff with high competences and improving the accessibility of universities in all 6 areas covered by the support.
