The main goal of the project is to improve existing and develop innovative solutions to increase the accessibility of education for people with disabilities (ON) at the University of Warsaw. The main goal of the project will be achieved by implementing the objectives of: the chances of students with special diseases and neurodevelopmental and neurological problems in accessing study, as well as increasing the degree of their independence.Improving teaching, management and inclusive education competences by 450 university staff. cognitive, digital and spatial, which make it difficult for the ON (workers and students) to operate at the university. The direct target group of the project will be the staff of the University of Warsaw: teaching staff and administrative staff. Activities targeted at staff will contribute to improving their teaching and management competences in the field of inclusive education.The project will cover activities in all six areas identified in the competition documentation: organisational structure [Z1, Z4], architecture [Z6], supporting technologies [Z2,Z3], procedures [Z4], types of educational support [Z1, Z5], disability awareness training [Z1, Z4, Z5].The project will be implemented in the period 01.2020-09.2023 [KD6]. The value of the project will be PLN 14 977 739.70 [KD7]. The planned expenditure complies fully with the list of eligible costs and the maximum rates for each support instrument set out in the competition rules and its annexes [KD9]. The costs of cross-financing fall within the prescribed limit [KD10].
