The project is part of the integrated project number PZ07. Its aim is to support the process of deinstitutionalisation of services provided to people with mental disorders and illnesses by testing the innovative model of the Environmental Centre for Mental Health for Children and Youth in Piaseczyński County. The assumptions for the Model were developed at the first stage of D003/15. The model is inclusive, involving actors from different areas, in a single network of coordination of support and services for children and young people with experience of mental crisis. The main approach of working in centres is personalism, i.e. an inclusive model of services implemented in an approach that takes into account the subjectivity and resources of families, and therapy focused on the needs, dignity and rights of children and young people.Direct actions in this project are aimed at the health of children and young people and families in the local environment, building cooperation networks, supporting medical, social and educational entities in change (standards, change management) and training the staff of these entities.Testing the model D003/15 is a key objective of the project, and its results will be placed in the final report and developed standards of implementation and management, implementation of the services of the Model and their evaluation (horizontal project PZ01).The implementation of the substantive tasks of the project will consist of the organisation in the district of Piaseczyński Centre for Coordination, Environmental Center for Mental Health for Children and Youth, and prevention and health promotion. The target groups are minors and adults until 21 years; their legal guardians and the network of support. It was assumed that the coordination of individual therapeutic processes, based on the principles described in M, increases effectiveness for early intervention, faster recovery and is more effective in time.
