The main objective of the project is to identify, within 39 months, at least 50 innovative solutions responding to employment challenges, conducting a pilot implementation of these solutions and selecting at least 5 solutions that, as a result of testing and evaluating effectiveness, efficiency and relevance, will demonstrate the greatest potential for introducing them into public policies or the daily practice of companies and institutions in Poland. The incubator working in the field of employment will focus on the following challenges for the labour market in Poland: automation/robotisation, an ageing society and equal opportunities for women.
