The aim of the project is to implement a health policy programme entitled The pilot program for the prevention of tick diseases, in the central macroregion.The implementation of the project provides for the conduct of activities related to health education, screening tests and eligibility for treatment. The best method of prevention against tick diseases is to avoid contact with ticks, and in the case of a bite it is quickly and correctly removed from the skin, therefore, the information and education activities provided for in the project will contribute to improving the level of knowledge and awareness of epidemiology and prevention of Lyme Lyme Lyme Lyme disease by means of targeted education. The project assumes first of all the contractors of the program of the POZ and/or AOS centres, the selection of laboratories and laboratories in the course of the program, the selection of laboratories and diagnostics.
