The project will be implemented in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in the city under the rights of the county – Wrocław. The subject of the project will be the extension of the traffic management system in Wrocław, including new excellent signals and ITS auxiliary displays. For the smooth implementation of the project, it has been divided into the following tasks: AWW. 1: I.Construction and reconstruction of 7 traffic lights II. Installation and connection of 383 devices for displaying ITS auxiliary information along with the development of the necessary design documentation and testing + delivery of ITS III devices.Expansion of traffic control system IV.Expansion of IT tools Zad. 2: Promotional activities will include information/memorial and souvenir boards and cost-free activities, i.e. marking the documentation, placing information on the website. AWW. 3: Investor supervision will be related to representing the Ordering Party as an investor and thereby exercising supervision/control over the implementation of the correctness and timeliness of the work carried out and carried out under the project. The above-mentioned scope of the investment is the optimal option contributing most to solving the diagnosed problems and achieving the objectives set out in the project. The applicant and beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Wrocław, which has long experience in implementing projects co-financed by the EU. The project will be carried out using its own organizational and substantive facilities, i.e. employees of the Municipal Office dedicated to the implementation of the project, as well as with the help of the Road and Maintenance Board in Wrocław – an organizational unit of the municipality. The scope of the investment, including the preparation of project documentation, construction works, the development of specialised software, as well as the performance of investor supervision was entrusted to contractors selected through a tendering procedure.
