The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people from the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Kłodzkie. The project will support people aged 30 or over who are unemployed, registered as unemployed, including those in a special situation on the labour market, i.e. older people over 50 years old, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed and low-skilled. Within the framework of the project for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned will be appropriate to their needs and capabilities. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. Project participants will be included in vocational guidance/work-based guidance and will be able to benefit from the following labour market instruments: internships, intervention work, reimbursing the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the workplace, as well as the use of one-off measures to undertake an economic activity. Vocational training is also provided for participants in the project. The main result of the project will be the start of employment by project participants registered at the District Labour Office in Kłodzko, which will consequently reduce unemployment in our district.
