Objective – improving the employability of 836 unemployed people (407 K and 429 M), especially those who are in a particular situation on the labour market, i.e. people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, the low-skilled. The project participants will be people aged 30 and over who are registered as unemployed, including those in a particular labour market situation, i.e. persons aged 50 and over • women, • persons with disabilities,• long-term unemployed,• people with low qualifications up to ISCED level 3.The first participation in the project will be people who live in areas covered by approved revitalisation programmes. The beneficiary will provide the opportunity to benefit from the support of former participants in social inclusion projects implemented under thematic objective 9 in the ROP WD. Each project participant will be presented with an individual and concrete offer of professional activation, preceded by an analysis of the skills, predisposition and professional problems of the participant concerned. Individual and comprehensive occupational activation of unemployed persons will be carried out as part of labour market services based on:● Individual Action Plan● comprehensive and individual job mediation and/or career guidanceOn this basis, the Authority will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments, as referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions.\The project participants will receive support in the implementation of the following instruments of the labour market: labour market and/or vocational guidance, internships, one-off measures for business start-up, training, equipment or retrofitting of the workplace, training, intervention work.
