The subject of the project is activation measures aimed at 40 people (K) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including unemployed people furthest from the labour market in accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Employment in accordance with the CC DS in the period from 01.01.2020-31.12.2021. In line with the demarcation of the thematic objective and axis 9, support is targeted at those for whom social inclusion support is needed as a matter of priority. The aim of the planned activities is to enable the PU to re-enter the labour market by acquiring social skills and professional qualifications, and to take up employment in a form and work-time that reconciles their social and professional needs and thus includes sustainable social inclusion. As part of the project, the following forms of support are planned as elements of the reintegration path for UP: active inclusion services of a social nature: specialised psychological and legal counselling services, individual and environmental support for professional and social integration in the form of coaching;- active professional inclusion services: vocational guidance and placement, courses and training to improve qualifications, professional competences or skills desired on the labour market, job retrofitting and subsidised employment. The applicant declares for the GSC a minimum level of social efficiency of at least 34 % and employment efficiency of at least 30 %, and for persons with disabilities, a minimum level of social efficiency of at least 34 % and employment efficiency of at least 30 %
