The project will be implementedin the Tereniewoj.Dolnośląskie, Kamienna Góra and Lubawka Communes. Its aim is to acquire for 20 people at risk of social exclusion, among other things, due to unemployment and inactivity, the basic competences necessary for everyday functioning in social and professional life, by providing them with comprehensive and multi-directional support, combining activation in the field of occupational rehabilitation and social rehabilitation, receiving the offer of active integration by 31 March 2021. It provides for the implementation of6 forms of support.6 forms of support. These formsincludethe following services: I. ACTIVE INTEGRATION SERVICES FOR SOCIAL CHARACTERS (specialised counselling services (legal, psychological, pedagogical), social work. vocational training and courses enabling the acquisition, upgrading or reskilling of professional qualifications and competences and the development of skills and social competences,necessaryinvolvingthe labour market) A fully individual approach to the work of unemployed and inactive people in the development of their socio-occupational reintegration pathway and the introduction of new forms of support activities will contribute to their better functioning in the working environment and to work in a group and responsibility for their own success, as well as the increased activity of education andsertity in the expression of development and professional activities.
