The aim of the project is the implementation of services related to the active socio-professional integration of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion by improving and strengthening their employability and self-employment, in particular in social economy entities (including associations, foundations, churches and religious associations, social cooperatives, reintergation entities).The project is implemented in a complementary way at all stages of the project, starting with the creation of Individual Development Plans through social action with elements of integration, up to social activation. The project will cover the area of social voivodeship. Path of social reintegration Individual Development Plan – diagnosis of social capital, including professional experience, skills, predispositions? Workshops – development of socio-occupational competences of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion and motivation to take up employment? Counselling/Advisory leading to social and professional integration? Vocational courses and trainings that improve the skills and competences needed in the labour market? Subsidised employment in particular in social economy entities on jobs in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship? Coaching and local animation – support in socio-professional development and building a network of local supportProjects through comprehensive support will contribute to reducing the level of unemployment and exclusion.
