The subject of the project is the implementation of services related to the active socio-professional integration of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion by improving and strengthening their employability and self-employment, in particular in social economy entities (including associations, foundations, churches and religious associations, social cooperatives, re-intergation entities).The project is implemented in a complementary way within all stages of the project, starting with the creation of individual development plans through social activities with elements of integration to the project’s social activation. Path of social reintegration Individual development plan – diagnosis of social capital, including professional experience, skills, predispositions? Workshop-Developing socio-occupational competences of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion and motivating to take up employment? Counselling/Advisory, including psychological, legal, family counseling? Vocational courses and trainings that improve the skills and competences needed in the labour market? Internships and subsidised employment in particular in social economy entities in jobs in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship? Reimbursement of retrofitting and equipping of new jobs, combined with susidised employment? Coaching and local animation-support in socio-professional development and building a network of local supportProjects through comprehensive support will contribute to reducing the level of unemployment and exclusion.
