The aim of the project is to ensure an efficient system of implementation of the ROP by providing the necessary human resources, administrative conditions. — technology enabling the effective operation of the IBs, ensuring a coherent system of information and publicity and developing the capacities of current and potential beneficiaries of the ROP. The objective is compatible with ROP WD, SZOOP ROP WD. Implementation of the project requires financial support, including: — employment of employees – costs of org., tech. and adm. — improving the professional qualifications of employees – processes of selection of projects, control, specialist and expert advice – information and promotion activities. The demand in the above-mentioned areas is adapted to the real needs of the ROP ROP implementation and will contribute most to the achievement of the project objective. In order to ensure proper and efficient implementation of the ROP by the DWLO, it is necessary to finance the costs indicated in the Annual Statement (...). At the same time, the project foresees funding for actions related to the closure of the HC OP. The project will result in strengthening the organizational, institutional and human resources capacity of the DWUP, which will enable the creation of an effective system for the implementation of the ROP, including by: — increase the quality of the activities carried out for the ROP by ensuring an optimal level of employment and increasing the competences of the IB staff and creating appropriate working conditions – increasing the efficiency of applying for funds by potential beneficiaries. by increasing knowledge about ROP among applicants and a well-functioning system of project evaluation – increasing the quality of projects through effective implementation of info-training activities for the Benef. and control of projects, which will enable the maximum use of ROP funds – increasing awareness among residents of two. long. through effective implementation of info.-promo actions. The expenditure included in the project is in accordance with the law, programming documentation and project objectives and is necessary to achieve the planned expenditure
