The subject of the planned project is the thermomodernisation of the municipal building – the House of Culture in the village of Lojewo, in the municipality of Inowrocław. As part of the project, the following works are planned for deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of the public building: warming of the external walls, warming of the full roof, warming the roof above the garage, replacing the windows, replacing the garage door, modernising the central heating system, installing a complete photovoltaic installation with a maximum power of 14kWp, other minor accompanying works. The target group of the project is the users of the public utility building – the House of Culture in Łojewo, residents of the municipality of Inowrocław. The main objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the municipal building – the Culture House in Łojewo through thermal modernisation works. Implementation of this project will reduce the heat demand in the building and reduce greenhouse gas emissions to the atmosphere. The planned thermal modernisation of the public utility building will enable:- to reduce annual energy demand;- to reduce the operating costs of a public building;- energy savings due to the implementation of a thermomodernisation project;- a positive impact on the environment as a result of the reduction of emissions of the main air pollutants (sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, dusts, carbon dioxide);- achieving adequate thermal comfort of the premises; improve the health conditions and comfort of the occupants of the building;- maintain temperature and humidity in all rooms allowing efficient performance of the functions of a public building at any time of the year;- reduce the cost of heating the building and the resulting increased allocation of funds to other tasks of the Municipality.
