The project will be implemented in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, in the municipality of Inowrocław. Applies to the building of the Town Hall of Inowrocław, located at ul. President Roosevelt 36 (renamed City Hall since 4 January 2020). The thermomodernised facility does not meet the current energy standards that buildings should meet and therefore there is an increased heat consumption. The implementation of this investment task will significantly improve the quality of the operating conditions and optimise the costs incurred primarily for the heating purposes of the building. The scope of activities covered by the energy audit includes:- Warming of the attic ceiling (STRPD) above the session hall, mineral wool panels laid directly on the ceiling together with the flooring on the joists with OSB covering. — Replacement of central heating installations. Installation of thermostatic valves and valves regulating variable differential pressures in the installation, thermal insulation and protective jackets. In addition, the project will be replaced by water and sewage plumbing (ineligible expenditure). The project does not implement specific requirements for improvements introduced in the facility due to its historic character.
