The subject of this project is the thermomodernisation of the buildings of the Primary School with the John Paul II Integration Branches in Guestszyn on plot No 136 of the Guestszyn region, in the County of Harbor, in Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The project was created in response to the needs of the socio-economic environment of the municipality of Rogowo. The high energy intensity of primary school buildings has a negative impact on ensuring the country’s energy security and increasing the competitiveness of the economy and its energy efficiency. In the current technical state of buildings, it is not possible to reduce emissions of acidifying substances, dusts and greenhouse gases. Buildings are characterised by a high demand for heat and peak power due to poor thermal insulation. It is necessary to warm up the external partitions and to ensure the currently required heat resistance. Leaving public buildings with a low energy standard also negatively affects the achievement of the objectives of the long-term low-carbon strategy of the Municipality of Rogowo, as set out in the Low-Emission Economy Plan for the Municipality of Rogowo, which envisages activities consisting of the thermomodernisation of buildings in the utilities sector. Currently existing buildings are in poor technical condition, which prevents the reduction of pollutant emissions. As a result of the thermomodernisation project, 2 public buildings will be subjected, including the construction of a new biomass boiler room. The scope of the project includes:I. Thermomodernisation of school facilities in GościszynieII. Project promotionTotal value of the project is PLN 782 298.35.
