The main objective of the project is the deep energy-modernisation of the public building of the Primary School in Dobrcza in the field of reconstruction, renovation and thermomodernisation of the part of the primary school comprising a pre-school centre and initial teaching with the construction of a ventilation and mechanical installation. The scope of the project includes:• construction works: demolition, construction works, internal finishing works, external finishing works, internal sanitary installations, electrical installations,• supervision of the construction inspector,• execution of ornithological expertise,• preparation of a feasibility study,• preparation of project documentation together with energy audit,• investment service by the applicant’s human resources: remuneration – accountant, and remuneration – specialist in procurement, for remuneration – specialist in human resources and payroll, • promotion of the project: about promotion board, with promotional article.This will allow you to reach the following indicators 1) The amount of thermal energy saved: 1 225,52 GJ/year,2) Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings (CI32): 342494,00 kWh/year,3) Estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34): 0,763 tCO2/year,due to the lack of inclusion in the material scope of the project of costs related to RES installations, no indicators related to the production and production of heat/electricity have been included, for which the target value for the project is 0,00.2. Output indicators (target year 2019):1) Number of energy upgraded buildings: 1,00 units,2) The usable area of buildings which have undergone thermal renovation: 396,00 m²,Cost of task 960.619.59 co-financing amounting to PLN 627.108.69
