Project title: “Modern rescue services – purchase of vehicles for Voluntary Fire Brigades – Stage IV”. The project involves equipping the Voluntary Fire Service units with medium (7 units) and light rescue and firefighting cars (12 units) and fire motors (19 units). The main objective of the project is to increase the security of the region by strengthening the chemical and environmental rescue system and emergency services. The object of the project is the retrofitting of TSO units in the Kujawsko-Pomeranian Voivodeship the vehicles and equipment necessary to carry out rescue operations. The project will help to ensure effective rescue operations, remove the effects of natural hazards and prevent major accidents. The general objective is to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the region by increasing security and the possibility of helping residents and removing the consequences of threats. The project is implemented in partnership. The project leader is the Voivodeship Branch of the Association of TSOs of the Republic of Poland VoivodeshipKujawsko-Pomorskie. The project partners, i.e. entities participating substantively and financially in the project will be 38 TSO units from all territorial districts of the Kujawsko-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The project will be implemented in the period from July 2020 to December 2021. Activities in the project – preparation of the feasibility study;- preparation of tender documentation;- conducting a tender procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, in order to select vehicle suppliers – inquiry in the Competitiveness Base for the contractor of information and promotional activities;- purchase of vehicles and motor vehicles;- conducting information and promotional activities;- management and settlement of the project;
