The project entitled ‘Equipment to hospitals in Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship related to the prevention, prevention and combating of COVID-19’ was prepared by the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Regional Government in connection with the outbreak of the COVID-19 disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, and thus the urgent need to implement measures to ensure the health and safety of the inhabitants of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship in the face of the epidemic. The project will be implemented in partnership between the local government of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship (project leader) and therapeutic entities from the whole region (partners of the project): district, municipal and municipal hospitals, clinical hospitals and health care institutions, for which the regional government is the entity. In total, 28 medical entities will participate in the project as partners. The project includes 3 modules, developed entirely to combat the coronavirus outbreak and counter its consequences. The project will purchase equipment and equipment to fight the virus by 28 medical institutions in the region (Module I), 33 descriptive radiological stations will be purchased, enabling remote operation of radiologists and 2 licenses of HIS-Medical Information System with functionality of electronic document circulation, and electronic scheduling and accounting of working time (Module II), and a system “command amp” will be installed in at least three establishments; control" for remote communication with patients and staff in hospital or quarantine (Module III). The total cost of project activities and indirect costs is PLN 81 268 110.23 gross. Of which VAT is PLN 7 812 589.24, which is a fully eligible cost. The expected co-financing in the project is 100 % of eligible costs, including 90 % from the ERDF and 10 % from the State Budget. The project is implemented in the period February-December 2020.
