The project covers the construction and equipment of a support centre for people in crisis. The main objective of the project is to improve the situation of people using alcohol in a destructive way and their families in the city of Włocławek. The activities carried out by the individual will provide direct assistance to those who are struggling with alcohol problems. Within the scope of the activity, the provision of medical assistance in the diagnostic and surgical clinic, as well as supporting and motivating activities for rehab treatment, support groups and personal development workshops will be carried out. The Centre will support the activities of law enforcement services, medical entities and cooperate with relevant authorities, institutions and social organisations in the field of alcoholism. The implementation of the task will include demolition works, construction of the building with all installations (i.e. electricity, cold and hot water, sanitary sewerage, central heating and underfloor heating, gas installation, gas boiler technology, mechanical and gravity ventilation, air-conditioning installation) and connections (including water connection) and internal finishing, terrain hardening, installation of parking spaces and bandages of the building. The project provides for the construction of a biological sewage treatment plant as part of an external sanitary installation. The new infrastructure will be completely finished and equipped with the necessary equipment (compliant with the appendix to the application – technical specification of the equipment and equipment to be purchased).The project will create a facility with a usable area of 576.70 m². The building will be 1-storey, not basement with a traditional structure with a flat roof. In the building there will be space for administration, a zone of the sober room and a zone for support activities.
