Before. the project is the construction of the building of the Vocational Training Institution together with the workshops of practical vocational training with the necessary technical infrastructure and equipment in the Jan Kasprowicz School Complex in Izbica Kujawska. The aim of the investment is to support vocational training infrastructure for practical apprenticeships, the creation of modern workshops: programming machine tools and mechanical technology, electrics, logistics, catering and technical drawing, which will ensure the correct conditions of practical training. The equipment of the workshop will be in accordance with the standards of training in the profession and equipment described in the curriculum of vocational training: mechanic technician, nutrition techniques and catering services, logistics technicians, electrician technicians, cook. The need to implement the investment stems from the need to supplement the infrastructure of the Jan Kasprowicz School Complex in Izbica Kujawska with a practical apprenticeship studio, which is dictated by the expectations of the regional labour market and the creation of learning conditions that reflect the real working environment in the professions covered by the project. The basis for the project’s assumptions was an analysis of the current labour market and the need for individual educational profiles in the county and voivodship, as well as the diagnosis of school needs. The implementation of this project will contribute to improving the quality of vocational education services in the Włocławski district. This will increase the importance of vocational education, creating learning conditions similar to the real working environment, increasing the potential for educational provision, teaching process and quality of education. This will increase the competences and skills of students that are expected in the local labour market, equal opportunities for life and increase the participation of vocational graduates.
