Development of spa infrastructure and tourist and recreational infrastructure in Ciechocinek by expanding, modernising and increasing access to rehabilitation and spa treatment in the “WILLA YORK” Sanatorium.

The subject of this project is the extension, reconstruction and modernisation of the existing sanatorium building by increasing the number of rooms to live, the addition of medical, nursing, surgical, rehabilitation, medical treatment rooms, exercise rooms and facilities corresponding to the current standards, taking into account the needs of people with disabilities (lift, driveways, transport routes) as well as investment in tangible fixed assets and the purchase of equipment and equipment for rehabilitation, exercise and relaxation. The project will also focus on comprehensive equipment of treatment rooms. As a result of the project and the extension of the existing building of the “Willa York” Sanatorium in Ciechocinek, there will be an increase in the possibility of access to rehabilitation and spa treatment for more patients in need, ultimately up to 180 people. A very important part of the project will also be the implementation of an innovative thermodynamic waste energy management system with a brine condenser with a brine condenser playing the roles of brine rainbows; implementation of an innovative waste heat recovery system for preheating domestic hot water; implementation of an innovative installation of ultrasonic generators for the production and spraying of colloidal silver pairs in rehabilitation and leisure facilities; implementation of an innovative central microprocessor system for visualisation and control of objects. The ongoing project plans to create 12 new jobs for both women and men, including people with disabilities. The implementation of the project will contribute to the development of the endogenous potential of the region.
