The object of the project is the revitalisation of the facilities in the Municipality of Chodecz, including the renovation of the villages of Brzyszewo, Kromszewice, Lubieniec, Pyszkowo, Zalesie and the modernisation of the amphitheater-steel along with the accompanying infrastructure (visual terraces, social building, paved area, transport route, walking-bike path) in Chodeczek. The project plans to make the most of the potential of existing facilities. Solutions have been designed to ensure high comfort for users of objects (e.g. insulation of the building, new heating system, new floor coverings, interior painting, changing the functional layout of selected objects, installation of new doors and windows in selected objects) and increasing safety (new electrical, sanitary, lighting installations). The aim of the project is the social and economic revival of the villages Brzyszewo, Kromszewice, Lubieniec, Pyszkowo, Zalesie and Chodeczek. The implementation of the project will also make it possible to increase social activity, as well as integration and social inclusion, by providing the necessary social infrastructure to strengthen relations and social ties in the six villages in the municipality of Chodecz, where areas for regeneration have been designated. Activities aimed at activating people at risk of poverty or social exclusion will be carried out in the rural community and amphitheater buildings.Project implementation will enable the achievement of indicators:- Number of supported infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas – 7 in 2022 – Area of revitalised areas – [0.23 ha] – 2022- Number of projects that financed the costs of reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities – [0 pcs] – in 2022 – Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities – [7.0] – in 2022- Number of people using 700 revitalised areas.
