Project: The “renovation of the office building in Kiev Royal” planned for implementation by the Municipality of Kijewo Royale includes the main investment task of the project, which is the reconstruction and partial demolition of the office building, together with the installation of an external elevator and a change in the use of the office building, which is currently a vacancy located in the central part of the village of Kijewo Królewsko. The applicant identified one comprehensive investment task for the project in question, i.e.: task 1 – reconstruction of an office building.The project is planned to be implemented in the period IV 2020 to Q4 2021.The investment will be located in the Kujawsko-Pomeranian Voivodeship, Chełmno district, in the municipality of Kijewo Royale, in the village of Kijewo Royale. This project involves the reconstruction of the office building on the following plots: land plot built with vacancy no. 33/1 and plot no. 33/5, the area of Kievo Royale, as well as the direct surroundings of the building, i.e. plot No 33/6 and plot No 32/4 (parcel No 32/4 is indicated as the area affected by the investment because at the border of that plot there is a wall of the revitalised building which will be subject to thermomodernisation of the area affected by the plot of land is the subject of the Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure of 12 April 2020).The applicant indicates that the project contributes to the implementation of the priorities of the Action, i.e. social and economic recovery in the areas covered by the LSR LAG ‘Back of the Lower Vistula’. social and economic recovery in the areas of the Municipality of Kievo Royale – the main objective – dependent: modernisation of the office building and associated infrastructure, as a key locally-owned socio-economic building.
