The object of the project is the renewal and retrofitting of the remizo – community centre in Dusocina for the purpose of activating and integrating residents, aimed at renewing the degraded space identified in the Local Programme for the Revitalisation of Grudziądz Municipality for the years 2016-2023. The beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Grudziądz. It is worth noting, however, that due to the nature of the investment, the final beneficiaries should include stakeholders of revitalisation, including primarily the local community, i.e. residents of Dusocin, because they will benefit most from the implementation of this investment.The project will be implemented in Dusocina, on plot No 153/4.The main problem of the project is the lack of infrastructure serving social objectives.The main objective of the project is the development of social and technical infrastructure for the purposes of revitalisation.The planned products of the project will be: a) Number of supported infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas – 1 pcs.b) Area of revitalisation – 0,0209 hac) Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities – 1 pcs.d) Number of projects in which costs of reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities have been financed – 0 pcs.The planned result of the project will be:(a) Number of people using revitalised areas – 200 personsThe material scope/timeline of the project implementation is as follows:1.
