The object of the planned project is to create a recreational and sporting complex in the area of the village of Łojewo, in the municipality of Inowrocław, in order to develop a degraded area and to enable measures to increase social activity and intergenerational integration among the inhabitants of the revitalisation area. The implementation of the project is necessary for socio-economic regeneration in the municipality of Inowrocław and will contribute to the possibility of implementing social projects identified in the Regeneration Programme for the Municipality of Inowrocław for the period 2019-2023. The target group of the project is the residents of the area of regeneration designated in the municipality of Inowrocław, mainly the revitalisation area of Łojewo, including the elderly (population of post-production age), unemployed persons, persons benefiting from environmental social assistance. The project in question is an infrastructure measure contributing to the socio-economic regeneration of rural settlements – in particular with a high concentration of negative social phenomena – aimed at the socio-economic recovery of a given area and improving the conditions of people living in problem areas in social and economic life. This investment will make it possible to eliminate negative phenomena in the social life of residents.The main objective of the project: socio-economic activation of residents of the area of revitalisation of the municipality of Inowrocław – the village of Lojevo, through the creation of a sports and recreational complex for the implementation of revitalisation projects.The main objective of the project is in line with the specific objective of measure 7.1 Community-led local development of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020: Social and economic recovery in areas covered by Local Development Strategies.
