The main objective of the project is to improve the situation on the labour market and increase the ability to self-employed 180 people over 29 years of age from Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The project targets unemployed and inactive people over 29 years of age, including women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, the low-skilled, people over 50 years old. The project will support at least 50 people from the Municipality of Włocławek. At least 30 % of project participants will be people living in middle cities, including cities losing socio-economic functions. As a result of the project activities, training and advisory support will be covered by 180 adults, 150 people without work will create a place of work for themselves in the form of starting a business activity. The project will implement training and advisory activities (entrepreneurship training, advice on the development of a business plan), business plans and applications for bridging support will be assessed, non-refundable financial assistance for starting a business and bridging support will be provided.At the recruitment stage, an interview will be conducted with a career adviser, the aim of which will be to verify the suitability of the project participant. Training and advisory support will be provided at the stage prior to the start of the business activity by the participant of the project. The companies created as a result of the project will have their registered office or branch in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The project will be implemented between 01.07.2020 and 31.03.2022.
